This store bought costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tia, the 'Minion' costume creator:
Our son Terren is 2yrs old and was born blind due to a condition called panhypopituitarism.
Even those he can't see the minions, they are his favorite. He loves the way they talk.
He is our only child and is definitely a minion.
