This homemade costume for groups entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sienna, the 'The Hunger Games' costume creator:
I wanted to create the cowl that Katniss Everdeen wore in the Hunger Games, one of my favorite books and movies. My best friend loves costuming as much as I do, and she created her take on Effie Trinket. Out friend Roland went as Haymitch, Katniss's trainer. My boyfriend was Peeta, and my coworker had a blast becoming the villian, President Snow.
