This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jenny, the 'Wicked Witch from the Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
This is my 2 year old daughter Mira as the wicked witch from the wizard of oz. Don't worry her face is only photoshopped green. I didn't actually color her face. I made the costume from a long sleeve shirt, tule, some ribbon, a piece of elastic and green fabric.
