80's Aerobics Instructor Costume

My daughter dressed as an 80s aerobics instructor. I think I had seen a picture in the past on the internet and always remembered at some point I wanted her to dress as that. I used a dance leotard that she already had a cut the neck off of a sweatshirt she already had. She wore leggings that she already had and I cut a pair of my socks so that she could wear them as leg warmers. I died a old sweatband of mine ( yes I washed it) to purple. The only thing I had to buy were the tennis shoes! I used carboard to make a candy box and printed off a picture of a "boom box" to put on the front! Everyone thought she was absolutely adorable and all she needed was her hair hairsprayed up!!
