This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

My daughter is wearing this cute clown costume! I got the idea of putting this costume together because I didn't wanna spend money! So I took her old tutu from her first birthday and got some tights and got the shirt made! It fits her well and she wears it well! The final touches of seeing it all together is what makes it worth it!
