This homemade costume for pets entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kathie, the 'Lucy Longship' costume creator:
Lucy the dachshund is dressed as a Viking Longship. We used spoons from a favorite frozen yogurt place as oars because of their perfect shape. The sail is partially composed of gas station drink straws (lightweight) and cutout (paper) Viking shield designs.
