This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lea Anne, the 'Minnie Mouse' costume creator:
My daughter, Britney, is wearing this costume. She wanted something unique to wear for costume day at school. Took a red tutu and hot glued makeup cotton rounds to skirt. Put together an ear and bow headband and decorated red bow with white round labels. Finished the costume off with white silk gloves, basic black leggings and black bow ugg boots.
