This homemade costume for boys entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Donica, the 'Paratrooper' costume creator:
I purchased the costume thru Amazon for 20.00. Selected one with a vest so I can remove it so he can enjoy himself on rides and games. Then I purchased black string for 2.00, tape for a 1.00, and 4 gold #1 balloons. I attached the 4 balloons together and string on side. Then attached to vest. He loved the costume!
