This homemade costume for boys entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Pikachu' costume creator:
This is the second of our Pokémon inspired costumes this year. Pikachu is worn by my son and he loves it! It is pretty straight forward, primarily fleece with a hat he can wear all winter. Bonus.
We printed internet pics for inspiration and just ran with it. The tail is interfaced with several layers of heavy interfacing to keep it strong. We also covered some old shoes in fleece to finish it off (not shown).
We love it!!
