This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kathryn, the 'Scrubbing Bubbles' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume in honor of my favorite bathroom cleaner! It is made from foam pieces that were covered in blue fabric. Straps were attached to be able to wear this over my shoulders. Yellow fabric was attached at the bottom for the scrubbing part of the bubble. The eyes and mouth were ironed on with iron-on transfer paper.
