This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'The Countess' costume creator:
This is my 9 year old daughter Minah. I actually nammed her after the character Mina in Bram Stokers Dracula. We have been waiting for Halloween all year. Her costume is a mix of accessories from walmart and stuff we had lying around the house.
