This homemade costume for boys entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sam, the 'The Mad Hatter' costume creator:
I made a Mad Hatter costume for my son. I used a brown corduroy women's XS jacket, black corduroy pants, mismatched socks, a vest, three scarves, two belts hot glued together with painted wooden spools glued on for the sash, an orange wig and top hat. We had so much fun making this costume and he looked awesome!!!
