This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristen, the 'Bob Ross' costume creator:
Our 2 1/2 year old son is Bob Ross. We got a wig, blue jeans, button down shirt, and sandles. I made his paint pallet out of card board and elastic to go on his arm.
