This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Heidi, the 'Chicago Cubs Cheerleader' costume creator:
my daughter wore her red tutu i hot glued red and blue ribbons stripes onto some old pair of socks and her already white headband
the pom poms she already had from the past ( it was perfect colors ) black face paint under eyes already had at home and the tshirt already had also GO CUBS !!!! thanks for reading
