This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Julie, the 'Edward Scissorhands' costume creator:
This is our daughter Shelby. She chose to be Edward Scissorhands this year. I accepted the challenge and went to town! I bought old purses and belts from goodwill and made the Scissorhands out of foam board and metallic paint. Used flour to whiten her face (cheaper than buying makeup I will only use once). Happy Halloween!!
