This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Human Fidget Spinner' costume creator:
This is my daughter, Maci. I asked her if she could be anything for Halloween, what would it be. She said she wanted to be a fidget spinner. I bought a lazy susan. Free handed a giant fidget spinner on some foam board, painted it and decorated it. Glued the lazy Susan on the back and hooked a strap to it for Maci to wear. She loves it, and it really spins. I also made a YouTube video with pictures of the process.
