This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lynn, the 'Play-Doh' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume myself for my work Halloween party. I got the idea from a picture I saw online. I spray painted a garbage can and lid. I also made the logo using a website called Block posters. I then attached it to the can once dry with Tacky glue.
