Beetle Juice Costume

I, Ginny, am wearing the costumed. The idea came after the movie Beetle Juice. It's a home made costume took over a week to make, a lot of patience, detail and supplies. We did a research on home made costumes and only 1 image was posted online that was similar to the costume that my husband and I constructed. I'm very proud of this costume. We used a suit bought from the thift store, we used white paint and painters tape to make the stripes. For the hammers we used buckets, paint (white and red) we used black cardboard, we used wood for handles, for the hat we used cardboard (lots of cardboard), Halloween decals we bought from the dollar store, along with lights that wrap on the top of the carousel. Most of all we had a lot of fun with it. We ended up spending under $20 on pieces to construct the costume to a masterpiece.
