This homemade costume for adults entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Autumn, the 'Punk Rock is Dead' costume creator:
I am wearing it. It was influenced by Sid Vicious. I made it with a ton of make up. Used foam to nake light weight chains and tape to tape back my breasts because I am female.
