This homemade costume for adults entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vanessa, the 'Scrooge' costume creator:
I’m a 25 yr old female. I came up with this look to turn me into something opposite of what I look like. I used a few prosthetics you can get at Walmart and latex to create wrinkles. The rest were objects I found at home.
