This homemade costume for adults entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sharon, the 'White Trash' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. I got the idea when taking out the trash. Get a big black garbage bag with drawstrings and sit in bag by the street and pull drawstring around your neck as if you were trash and waiting on the garbage truck to pick you up. I called it WHITE TRASH a play on words. Cost was $3 for garbage bags at Family Dollar store.
