This homemade costume for adults entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kirby, the 'Wicked Witch of the West' costume creator:
Last Halloween I was the Wicked Witch of the West. The hardest part of this costume was the broom. You can't buy a broom that is over 4 or 5 feet tall for some reason, so I had to make my own with an oil funnel, raffia skirt, metal clamps, and pipe cleaners.
