Adorable Cabbage Patch Doll Costume

Everyone always tells us that our baby girl, Macy looks like a little doll. So when we were deciding on what she would be for her first Halloween, my husband and I decided that she should be a doll. Then my mother suggested that she could be a cabbage patch doll in the box. My mother made the hair hat out of yarn and my husband constructed the box. The box is made out of wood and we painted it to look like the actual cabbage patch box. Then I glued a birth certificate, rattle, pacifier with clip, and baby bottle to the inside of the box. We bought her a vintage dress and white walking shoes to complete the costume. It was a HUGE hit and everyone thought she was a doll in her costume.
