This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kimberley, the 'Dance Moocademy' costume creator:
Scarlett is wearing a Holstein cow, sporting a hot pink homemade tutu. Scarlett ' s Opa is a big fan of Holstein cows and every time we stand Scarlett up she seems to point her toes as a ballerina would. Unfortunately Scarlett was not in a good mood while in her costume and could not show off her pointed toes.
