This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mary, the 'Little Miss Dorothy' costume creator:
Gigi turned two in August, and she is wearing a handmade Dorothy costume and Warner Bros. red ruby slippers. She loves the classic movie, The Wizard of Oz, and like Dorothy, takes Toto everywhere she goes! She was so excited, that she actually wet her pants after this picture!
