This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Becky, the 'Little Gnome' costume creator:
This is my son Chase, he is 9 months old and told me he wanted to be the Travelocity Gnome for Halloween. His costume is homemade. I made the hat using a piece of red felt that I cut to size and glued together. I made but beard by cutting a beard shape from a piece of faux fur and glued it to an elastic string. I then attached the beard to the red hat. His coat and pants were pieces we already had around the house. I found his black patent boots on clearance at a store and borrowed the belt from a friend.
