This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

This my little Parker as "Oh" the Boov from the Disney movie HOME! Our family dressed as the entire cast, including Captain Smek, Lucy Tucci, and Tip Tucci! I made everyone's costume, and they all came out great but his is my favorite!
