This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Emili, the 'Raccoon Baby' costume creator:
Oliver (13 months) is wearing his fuzzy raccoon costume. I got the idea to make this costume from a coworker suggesting a store bought raccoon costume. I really wanted to make him his costume this year, and this is the result! To make the costume I went to the local fabric store, all the faux fur was 40% off , so the entire costume was less than $20! Came home laid out some of his clothing on top of the fur to cut the pattern, and sew it together voila baby raccoon!
