This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Krista, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
Leah is two years old. She is dressed up as Raggedy Ann. I (her mother) had the doll as a child and thought Leah would look adorable dressed like her. The outfit was purchased online and the wig was purchased separately on etsy. The wig was not shown online used with a Raggedy Ann costume.
