This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nicole, the 'Spartan Baby' costume creator:
My husband and I are both personal trainers and fitness competitors so when we announced we were pregnant we made a video saying that we were having a Spartan baby. We found it fitting that baby James' costume be a Spartan baby for his first Halloween!
I found the muscle onesie online since baby James needs a few more years to work on his six pack. lol The bottoms are brown diaper covers and the spartan helmet and cape are handmade. The dagger is made of cardboard and tin foil and for the shield we covered a formula lid with tin foil and stapled a rubber band to it so it would stay on his arm.
