Balloon Boy Costume

This is my nephew, Cas :) He wanted to be a Hot air balloon! So, a hot air balloon he was! I used a basket I found a hobby lobby, cut the bottom out, duck tape for the straps, a wooden dowels for the structure, duck taped over so they were more secure, then added lots of balloons! It was a total hit! He won best costume at his school's halloween event, and everyone called him balloon boy, which he thought was 'so cool!' :)
