This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sabrina, the 'Cat in the Hat' costume creator:
This costume was a past costume worn by my son. Only things purchased were the hat and tie. Face paint was done by me and the outfit was a black turtle neck and black sweat pants that he had at home.
