This homemade costume for boys entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carey, the 'Excavator' costume creator:
My 3.5 year old son said he wanted to be an excavator for Halloween. Obviously that's not something we can buy, so it is home made. It's made with cardboard, masking tape, paint, fishing line, suspenders and about 6 hours of time. It cost $5 to make! The excavator has a functional boom and bucket too!
