This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carla, the 'Head on a Platter' costume creator:
My son came up with the idea. He wanted to be a head in a jar. We had trouble finding a jar big enough to fit his head, so I tweaked the idea and changed it to a head on a platter.
