Headless Bald Guy Costume

My ten year old son is wearing this costume. I saw a similar costume on the internet. My son is wearing an old backpack with the handles raised to hold up an old trench coat. He's wearing an old Uncle Fester mask and I used velco to attach the gloves to the mask. The arms are stuffed with old plastic bags.
