hints please, on how you made this from the shirt underneath to the rib body part , to the feet to the head. this is so cool and my son REALLY wants me to make it for him, so some help and hints would be awsome thanks.

there are how-to's on the web, unfortunately i have neither the time nor clear recollection of the exact process as i made these 2 years ago. i can tell you i based everything off the exact measurements of the actual minifigure, i then measured key aspects of my sons size for proper fit, i then accounted for the difference in his size versus the costume extra room (the head needed to be big enough to put his head into)
i came up with a scale and computed the rest of the actual measurements, then cross checked to make sure he would fit into the components.

Lots of math!!
