This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Samantha, the 'Little Army Guy' costume creator:
Rylie loves to play with army guys so we decided to make him one. We found the clothes and painted it all with heavy paint to make it stiff. He had so much fun.
