A word from Jennifer, the 'Minecraft Creeper' costume creator:
My 8 year old son, Kelan, loves all things Minecraft and wanted to be a Creeper for Halloween. As a non-crafting person, I sought help from the Internet and used the free printables from this website:
https://stlmotherhood.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/CREEPER-Mask-and-sides.pdf
Approximate cost: $42 ($28 for 11x17 printouts at Kinkos, $10 for boxes, $2 for pool noodles, $2 for green material)
Supplies needed:
*14x14 box (follow great tips on above website - I used a slightly larger box to make it look more like the Creeper pictures my son showed me)
*2 boxes for the feet
*1 box for the body, plus extra cardboard (I used flaps from other boxes) to make it a little longer
*11x17 printouts (I used at least 20). If you have a printer that can print this size, you will save ALOT of $
*adhesive spray
*double-sided tape
*tape
*Glue gun & glue sticks (for glueing boxes together and glueing red pool noodles onto candy box)
*box cutter
*green jersey material (glue-gunned into armholes)
*TNT signs for candy basket
*2 red pool noodles, cut in half (dollar store)
