This homemade costume for boys entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kylie, the 'Napoleon and Kip' costume creator:
These are our children, ages 2 and 5 wearing Napoleon Dynamite and Kip. We thrifted most of the items from the local goodwill, and purchased a wig online for our oldest. We are lovers of the movie, and thought our kids could pull it off, and they did!
