This homemade costume for boys entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Andrea, the 'Penny' costume creator:
My youngest son AJ is Abe Lincoln..... He was Abe for a school program so we got the idea to use same costume but make him the face/ head of the penny! Used an embordry hoop, cardboard, wooden letters and some copper spray paint. Then bronze face paint and some of mom's bronze make up powder. Lots of fun to make.
