80's Yearbook Photos Costume

My husband and I thought it would be funny to dress as high school kids in the 80s but then decided to make it even more awkward and turned them into yearbook photos. I took a thin box, cut out a large rectangle for the opening. I then hung blue velvet in the back of the box as the background for the photos, painted the exterior of the box brown, and added the year we graduated high school. We found fun 80s themed clothing, I drew braces on my Invisalign, my hubby drew on a high school mustache and of course, he wore a mullet wig! I have never laughed so hard as I did while we were getting dressed!
