This homemade costume for couples entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Julie, the 'Flo and Mayhem' costume creator:
We have been dating for a year, and I love coming up with awesome couples costumes. After seeing all of the Flo commercials for Progressive and finding out how easy it was to order her costume, that's when I came up with our homemade Mayhem costume for my boyfriend. Needless to say, it was hit at all of the parties!
