This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Garrett, the 'Lt Dan and Forrest Gump' costume creator:
Basically just clothes we had at home had a hair piece and bandana and bought a plain white pair of shoes and used a red sharpie to draw a red nike stripe on them and used a wheel chair for Lt Dan
