This homemade costume for couples entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

This is me, Tana Johns, & my husband Eric Johns dressed up as the phrase "Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater" as a couples costume. His shirt was made with puff paint & plain black t-shirt for a total of $6. I handmade my headband with fake flowers & hot glue but the rest of my costume was separate pieces I purchased for about $20 all together.
