This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from David, the 'Popeye & Olive Oyl' costume creator:
My arms were made of nylons with a light spray of spray paint. Stuffed with cotton. The costumes were pretty much just cut material and hot glue on.
