Snow Miser & Heat Miser Costume

My good friend Tori is Snow Miser and she's the brains behind this operation. Both sequin dresses, boots, Snow Miser's scarf, and gloves were found at Goodwill, the cuffs for the boots and my (Heat Miser) neck cuff was made from felt from Walmart. My hair is my actual hair, no wig, held up with a water bottle and then I bought the hair spray paint stuff from Walmart. Snow Miser's wig was bought at Walmart and she added Christmas decorations (snow flakes). All in all my costume cost about: $6.50 for the dress, $3.50 for the boots, $3 for the gloves, $1.99 for each can of hair spray paint (orange and red), $5 tights, $3.99/yard of felt fabric (and we used about 2/10ths of it) ~$10 on makeup....$34 on a home made costume!
