This homemade costume for couples entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cari, the 'The Queen and Her Guard' costume creator:
This is Rachel and Ethan and they are representing the Queen of England and her Royal Palace Guard. I bought Rachel's "suit" and hat on ebay, and everything else we pieced together in various places. Ethan's was a full costume that just needed a better hat that was purchased separately. Total cost was about $75 for them both.
