This homemade costume for families entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jen, the 'A Couple of Pricks' costume creator:
My son and I went as cactus's this year for Halloween. I bought matching green sweatshirts and sweatpants, white pipe cleaners cut in tiny pieces and bent in 'v's' to make the prickles (which I hot glue gunned in place) and fake orange flowers (also hot glue gunned in place). The hats were made by cutting and painting poster board and hot glue gunning the pipe cleaner and flowers in place then securing the hat to the head with bobby pins. Super comfy costume!
