This homemade costume for families entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marni, the 'The Lego Family' costume creator:
Mom (Wyldstyle) and Dad (Emmet) joined for es to pull off these fabulous Lego Movie look alikes. Our son was slightly obsessed with the movie, so we naturally went with that for our theme. The costumes are entirely homemade--all from cardboard, poster board, tape, glue, styrofoam, craft paper, trash bag, paint, and tubing. We measured an actual Lego minifigure so that we could make the costumes proportionally accurate. I think the end result was AWESOME!
