The Farm Family Costume

You can spot the two farmers wearing traditional farmers clothes from their closets. My daughter had a store-bought duck costume. The cow was a pair of scrubs with white felt spray-glued on with a pink hospital glove as the utters. My son was the corn on the cob. I used three round sewers hoops and glued on a flexible poster board and covered with felt. The pieces of corn are marshmellows that are painted yellow. I glued the straw on the inside and tied on top to be the silk. There are suspenders inside to hold it up. In hindsight, it was probably a bit too heavy for a two-year old, but he did ok.
